The 2024 Trustees Award for Distinction

Nomination packets for The Trustees Award for Distinction must be received in the Office of the Assistant Secretary to the Board of Trustees via the online form no later than 5:00 pm on August 23, 2024.

The nomination packet should include the following items:

1. This completed form
2. A letter of nomination. Nomination letters should highlight how the nominee demonstrates specific criteria for the award:
   • Demonstrates an uncommon and unwavering commitment to the strategic vision of ECU and unparalleled dedication to ECU’s mission of student success, public service, and regional transformation.
   • Champions partnerships to promote the institution and surrounding communities.
   • Contributes to ECU’s success through philanthropy, public influence, and/or service.
   • Exhibits strong character and ethical professionalism.
3. Up to 4 letters of support can be included but are not required.
4. No incomplete packets will be considered.
